The Bond for MBBS Admissions 2026 must be executed on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper before a First-Class Judicial Magistrate having jurisdiction over either the candidate’s permanent place of residence in West Bengal or Durgapur, District Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal.
Notarized affidavits/bonds and bonds executed before courts of any other jurisdiction will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
