The medical records department is computerized and connected on LAN with OPD counters, IPD counters, Emergency wards, Operation theaters and investigation Labs. This department monitors and records the number of patients every day. Statistical reports and graphs are made to classify and differentiate the number of patients distributed among different departments on daily, monthly & yearly basis. ICD X Classification of diseases is done for indexing.
