The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is now an essential area of patient care in tertiary care hospitals.

Critical illness is a condition where life cannot be sustained without invasive therapeutic interventions. Patients with critical illnesses are admitted to the ICU for treatment.

We have 22 bedded Medical ICU, 12 bedded SICU, 10 bedded ICCU and 7 bedded PICU/ NICU. All our Critical Care Units have round the clock dedicated medical support and good nurse to patient ratio, supported with facilities of continuous multi-parameter invasive monitoring, invasive and noninvasive ventilators, infusion pumps, and Dialysis, with pulse generator ( External Pace Maker), bi-Physic – defibrillator, bi-pap / c-pap ventilator, volumetric infusion pump, monitor with NIBP and IBP, Main Steam EtCO2 monitor. Bedside pacemaker with C-Arm facility.
